Job description:
As Product manager Feed Additives you will be responsible for the marketing and further development of an important group of animal feed additives. Naturally you will keep close track of market developments and the competition. You will work closely with R&D departments, laboratories and universities. This way you will take care of the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones. You will communicate this by creating product presentations, by writing editorial publications and by taking part in seminars. You will offer technical support to the sales managers and distributors, so they can successfully operate in their international markets. Furthermore you will organize training sessions and through personal contact you will discuss relevant feed topics and follow up activities with (potential) customers.
Job requirements:
To perform the job of Product manager Feed Additives successfully, the following qualifications are required:

You have a Master's degree or preferably University degree.

You have relevant experience as e.g. a nutritionist, a veterinarian or in a commercial/marketing position in an animal feed/additives company.

You can work independently and are goal-orientated without losing sight of the team's interest.

Naturally you have strong commercial and communication skills.

You have strategic insight and a practical mentality.

You are creative and come up with/ are open to new ideas.

You enjoy working for a market leader and to be continually occupied with the developments in a fast growing market. |

You have a thorough knowledge of English.

You are prepared to travel approx. 25% of your time.
